Freight/LTL shipping quotes are calculated based on delivery to commercial addresses. This means that the property must be commercially zoned and have official business hours of operations. If you do not have a business address and you have already purchased a Freight or Oversized item then we will contact you with an updated shipping charge that must be paid for delivery. If you have not purchased yet and would like a shipping quote to a non commercial address, we are more than happy to help!

Inspect a freight shipment when it arrives and record visible damage or shortages on the delivery receipt before signing when possible. Photograph the part, shipping labels and packaging, keep the packaging, and contact ATP promptly. If damage is discovered after delivery, still contact ATP so the facts and available remedies can be reviewed. A missing delivery notation does not automatically remove applicable legal rights.

Upon delivery of the shipment, if you do not have the ability and/or equipment to unload your product the freight carrier may ask if you would like to have them unload the product with a lift gate or other methods. Any additional services requested such as this may incur an additional fee charged to the customer by the freight carrier and Advanced Truck Parts is not responsible for such charges. The decision to accept these charges lies solely with the delivery recipient.

All Free Shipping items will ship either USPS or UPS and will have a 3 to 7 day transit time. For any products or promo codes that offer Free Shipping on orders or individual parts, the Free Shipping only applies to the contiguous 48 United States. For all other ship to locations, an accurate shipping quote must be calculated and paid. Free Shipping also does not apply to oversized or freight items unless specifically stated and a commercial zone address is required.

Applicable for Ground Shipments Only - Canada Customs requires Canadian recipients to pay applicable duties and taxes on each shipment entering Canada. These charges may include POST, GST, HST, duties and other taxes of goods. A brokerage fee may also be charged to process shipments and present the requisite customs paperwork to Canada Customs on the importer's behalf. In some cases, orders may be sent in multiple shipments and can incur additional brokerage charges imposed by Canada Customs.

Canadian recipients are responsible for applicable import duties, taxes and brokerage or clearance charges assessed by the destination authority or carrier, unless the specific shipment quote expressly includes them. Multiple shipments may create separate clearance charges. Contact ATP if customs requests information or a shipment is delayed or refused; refunds and shipping costs follow the applicable purchase terms and legal rights.

Do not assume a freight/LTL quote includes all import duties, taxes or clearance charges. Ask ATP to confirm the quoted shipment terms and check destination requirements with the carrier or customs authority before purchase.

Once you contact us at support@advancedtruckparts.com we will respond quickly with an accurate shipping quote as long as you provide a full physical address with postal code.

In some cases our website may quote and charge you the wrong amount for shipping and if this occurs you will be contacted for additional payment. While we do our best to have our website calculate accurate shipping quotes, in dealing with international shipments this is difficult and sometimes our team has to calculate the correct shipping rate manually.

International customers are responsible for any duties, taxes, custom charges or currency exchange fees that their shipment may incur during transit. In the case of a shipment being refused, all transit charges will be deducted from the customer’s refund.

If a part arrives damaged, contact ATP promptly, preferably within 24–48 hours, to help preserve carrier evidence. Photograph the part, shipping label and all packaging and keep the packaging. Do not install a part that appears damaged. Include your order number and tracking information when contacting support.

ATP administers its own limited parts warranty and handles transit-damage and ATP wrong-item claims. Contact ATP before returning a part or buying a label. ATP covers authorized shipping for confirmed defects, transit damage and incorrect items supplied by ATP. Opening or installation does not by itself eliminate an otherwise valid defect claim. See the ATP warranty and claim instructions; applicable legal rights remain in effect.

Contact ATP before refusing a shipment or requesting an ordinary return. Refusing delivery does not replace return authorization or make a non-returnable item eligible. Electronic components, including unopened items, and special-order items are excluded from change-of-mind returns. Defect, damage and ATP wrong-item claims follow a separate process.

Eligible ordinary returns follow the return and refund terms: request within 30 days of delivery, obtain an RA, and meet the condition requirements. A 20% restocking fee applies; original shipping is not refundable and the customer pays ordinary return shipping. Those ordinary-return deductions do not apply to confirmed defects, transit damage or incorrect items supplied by ATP, for which ATP covers authorized shipping. Earlier purchase promises and applicable legal rights are preserved.

We are now shipping internationally! All shipping rates will be calculated, and thus, will vary depending on the shipping location. All shipping rates are calculated based the cost of both the shipping and handling required to send your item.

Once you have placed your order by purchasing an item, eligible orders will ship the same business day when placed during our shipping hours. Some packages may spend another 3 to 10 days in transit, or possibly longer in international shipping situations.

We cannot ship to PO Boxes!!! Before purchasing our item(s), please make sure that either (1) your Paypal account has a confirmed physical address, or (2) you personally supply us with a sufficient physical address to ship to.

It is our desire to always have every listed item actively in stock. Occasionally, due to high demand we may be temporarily out of stock on an item. If this happens you will be notified and given the option to either cancel for a full refund or wait for the part to come in, typically 3-14 days.
