3. Products & Availability

We specialize in OEM and aftermarket commercial truck parts.

All products are subject to availability.
We reserve the right to limit quantities.
We may discontinue products at any time without notice.
Product descriptions, specifications, images, and fitment information are provided for convenience but are not guaranteed to be error-free.

We reserve the right to correct errors, inaccuracies, or omissions at any time without prior notice.

4. Pricing & Payment

All prices are listed in U.S. Dollars.
Prices are subject to change without notice.
We reserve the right to cancel orders resulting from pricing errors.

We accept major credit and debit cards through secure payment processing systems.

By submitting payment information, you represent that you are authorized to use the payment method provided.

Sales tax will be charged where required by law.

5. Order Acceptance & Cancellation

Your order confirmation does not guarantee acceptance. We reserve the right to:

Refuse or cancel any order at our discretion
Limit quantities
Cancel orders suspected of fraud or unauthorized activity
Cancel orders due to pricing, availability, or technical errors

If payment has already been processed for a canceled order, we will issue a refund to the original payment method.

6. Shipping & Delivery

Shipping times vary depending on processing, product availability, and carrier selection.

Estimated delivery dates are not guaranteed.
Risk of loss transfers to the customer upon delivery to the carrier.
Customer is responsible for providing accurate shipping information.
Additional charges may apply for residential, liftgate, or freight deliveries.
International customers are responsible for customs duties, taxes, brokerage fees, and import compliance.

We are not responsible for delays caused by carriers, weather, customs, or circumstances beyond our control.

7. Returns & Restocking

Most items may be returned within 30 days of delivery, subject to the following conditions:

A Return Authorization (RA) number is required.
Items must be new, unused, and in original packaging.
Installed, used, damaged, or modified parts are not eligible.
Special order items and certain electronics may be non-refundable.
A 20% restocking fee applies to approved returns.
Shipping charges are non-refundable.

Failure to obtain an RA number may result in refusal of the return.

8. Warranty Disclaimer

Most products carry a 90-day limited warranty from the date of delivery unless otherwise stated.

Warranty does NOT cover:

Normal wear and tear
Improper installation
Misuse or abuse
Accidents or collision damage
Unauthorized repair or modification
Labor costs
Downtime, loss of revenue, or towing

All warranties are limited to product replacement or refund at our discretion.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, we disclaim all implied warranties including merchantability and fitness for a particular purpose.

9. Fitment & Installation Responsibility

Customers are responsible for verifying compatibility prior to installation.

We are not responsible for installation errors or damages resulting from improper installation.

Professional installation is strongly recommended.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law:

Advanced Truck Parts shall not be liable for:

Indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages
Lost profits
Loss of use
Business interruption
Towing expenses
Labor costs
Downtime

Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid for the product giving rise to the claim.

11. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Advanced Truck Parts, its owners, employees, affiliates, and partners from any claims, damages, losses, liabilities, or expenses arising from:

Your misuse of the Site
