At 4pm the day after Christmas, a staff person correctly identified the park I needed through consultation with Freightliner and by 5pm the shipment was forwarded to UPS overnight shipment for a repair the following day! This kept me on schedule!

Jimmy in parts was exceptional. He went above and beyond to ensure I had the correct part when we needed a new Battery Box lid after ours was stolen! He found the best price possible for the part and made the transaction over the phone quick and easy. Their prices for the same products were lower than the ridiculous prices at dealers services places. I orderd cpc2 for 2012 freightliner semi you told me to buy a used one for about 500 and i askeked what a new one cost you said 1100 and if i needed over night within 24 hours 120 extra that was last Wednesday at 830am i didnot received the pakage on Thursday i called couple times you told me due to bad weather .so i called on Friday finally i receive d it when i open the package had a bad odor of burning i called and you told me that part is new i never had the new part smell burned i called back numerous times and ask for a returned slip so far didn't get one i am going to send your part back i already order part from different source and waiting for it i appreciate the full refund of my mone
