I called Cummings and gave them my engine number and they gave me the wrong EGR cooler number advance truck parts send me the cooler. when I received it was wrong. I contacted them and explained. They quickly sent me a return label they were very helpful and they told me the right EGR cooler that I needed, thank you. Everyone at advance truck parts.

After I mistakenly ordering the wrong part altogether, I ordered a part I believed was right but do to a electronics change about the same time as my year model, that part wouldn’t work on my truck. Long story short… with no hassle or argument they refunded my purchase!
I appreciate these folks and will definitely bring my business here first when looking for parts.

I have been searching parts suppliers for 18 months for this module. Very happy Advanced Truck parts had it. Shame on Freightliner for producing junk that you can’t find parts for

After waiting for 7 months for KW to get a blower motor control in we ordered this one from Advanced Truck Parts and got it right away. as of right now our local KW dealer says they still have over 600 on backorder. getting one quickly and correctly from Advanced was awesome. will order from them again!
