F21-1028-2241 Genuine Paccar HVAC Climate Temperature Control Module Used

I called Cummings and gave them my engine number and they gave me the wrong EGR cooler number advance truck parts send me the cooler. when I received it was wrong. I contacted them and explained. They quickly sent me a return label they were very helpful and they told me the right EGR cooler that I needed, thank you. Everyone at advance truck parts.

After I mistakenly ordering the wrong part altogether, I ordered a part I believed was right but do to a electronics change about the same time as my year model, that part wouldn’t work on my truck. Long story short… with no hassle or argument they refunded my purchase!
I appreciate these folks and will definitely bring my business here first when looking for parts.

I have been searching parts suppliers for 18 months for this module. Very happy Advanced Truck parts had it. Shame on Freightliner for producing junk that you can’t find parts for
