The disassembled components receive rigorous in-process inspections, where each is measured to OE/ reman specifications. One hundred percent new seals are installed. All critical components and “high wear” items are replaced with new. Remanufactured components undergo stringent quality control processes using precision machining centers to ensure performance and reliability standards are met. Complete valves are tested before shipment.
