Return
You will have the option to return the part you purchased to us within 14-days after you have received it to receive a full refund! Please contact us before sending any items that you have purchased from us. In most cases, you will be provided a free return label through USPS. All of our products are new and are in unused condition unless the item is specifically otherwise listed, and all of our products will be properly listed via brand and manufacturer part number. It is your responsibility to ensure that you order the correct part number. Above all else, we desire 100% customer satisfaction, so please work with us if anything needs our attention. Brad Schutt The hydraulic pump came in a cardboard box packed with paper. You can imagine what a 100+ pound pump going through the ups system looks like only packed in paper. It probably at the very least should have been banded to a board. As a result of the poor shipping the new pump was beat up to the point I had to steal parts off the old pump to make the new one work. However, the price they sold this “new” one at, for whatever reason, was more in line with reman pumps so I thought it was an acceptable trade off. I put everything back together and it’s working good. If there was a spot for pictures I would post them but apparently no picture reviews.
